摘要 [目的]探讨卷烟纸中不同助燃剂含量及助燃剂中不同钾/钠比、卷烟纸定量及不同滤嘴通风率对卷烟烟气成分的影响。[方法]采用不同特性的卷烟纸、接装纸和成型纸卷制卷烟,利用线性回归的方法进行数据分析。[结果]随着卷烟纸中助燃剂含量、助燃剂中钾比例的升高、卷烟纸定量的降低及滤嘴通风率的增加,卷烟烟气中的焦油和CO释放量呈下降趋势,相关性显著。[结论]通过调节卷烟纸中助燃剂类型及用量,设计不同的卷烟滤嘴通风率可实现调节卷烟烟气常规成分。 [Objective] To investigate the effects of combustion improver content,K-Na ratio in the combustion improver,cigarette paper's grammage and the filter ventilation rate on mainstream smoke components.[Method] The cigarettes were prepared by different cigarette papers,tipping papers and molding papers,the data was analyzed by using linear regression method.[Result] When the combustion improver content and K content improved,the cigarette paper's grammage decreased and the filter ventilation rate increased,respectively,the tar and CO value descended,presenting significant negative correlation.[Conclusion] Adjustment of the mainstream smoke components could be achieved by designing different combustion improver content of cigarette paper,the ratio of potassium citrate to sodium citrate and the filter ventilation rate.
