摘要
[目的]研究用Friedman检验法对蛇龙珠新品系进行筛选的效果。[方法]以蛇龙珠品系E-01~E-08为供试材料,品种赤霞珠、品丽珠和大田蛇龙珠为对照品种,请7位国家级品酒员对各品系所酿葡萄酒按百分制进行打分,然后用Friedman分析法对分级品尝结果进行统计分析,用最小显著差数(LSD)来确定各品系之间的差别,并进行多重比较。[结果]各蛇龙珠新品系所酿葡萄酒品尝评分结果依次:E-03>E-02>E-04>E-07>大田蛇龙珠>E-06>赤霞珠>品丽珠>E-05>E-01>E-08。采用LSD对各个品系之间的差异比较表明,蛇龙珠品系E-03、E-02和E-04品尝结果优于其他品系,且各品系之间无显著差异。[结论]该研究为缩小选种范围,加快选种进度提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The aim was to study the screening effect on new lines of Carbernet gernischet by using the Friedman test.[Method] With the C.gernischet line E-01-E-08 as the tested materials and the verities Cabernet sauvignon,Cabernet franc and C.gernischet in the field as the CK varities,the grape wine brewed by various lines were scored by 7 national wine tasters according to the hundred-mark system,then the Friedman analysis was use to make the statistical analysis on the tasting results at different levels,the least significant difference(LSD) was used to determine the difference between various lines and its multiple comparison was made.[Result] The taste evaluation result for the grape wine brewed by various lines was in order as E-03〉E-02〉E-04〉E-07〉C.gernischet in the field〉E-06〉Cabernet sauvignonCabernet franc〉E-05〉E-01〉E-08.The comparison on the difference between various lines by LSD shows that,the taste results of E-03,E-02 and E-04 were superior to that of other lines,and no significant difference between various lines.[Conclusion] The study provided the theory basis for reducing the scope of selecting seeds and speed up the progress of the seed selection.
