摘要 Toll样受体是鱼类Toll信号传导途径的一个重要组成成员,对激活鱼类机体对入侵病原微生物的先天免疫应答起着十分重要的作用。对鱼类Toll样受体的结构、组织分布、功能及Toll信号传导途径进行了概述,并对鱼类Toll样受体的研究前景进行展望。 Toll receptor is an important component member in the transduction pathway of fish toll signal and plays a very important role in activating innate immune response to pathogenic microorganism.It reviews the discovery,structure,tissue distribution,function and the transduction pathway of Toll signal in detail,and forecasts the research prospect of Toll receptor.It will benefit the further study of toll receptor in fish.
