我国耕地资源保护的的解度分析

Analysis on the Angle of Cultivated Land Resources Protection in China

以中国耕地资源面临的困境为出发点,从生态、经济、社会等3个角度展开分析,得出不合理的经济发展模式、不注重环境保护、违背自然规律、不科学的社会发展观是导致耕地资源出现总量减少、质量弱化的核心因素。在此基础上提出了促进耕地资源可持续利用的措施,即加强人口自身的再生产管理使之与耕地资源的矛盾缓和并与环境相适宜,强化耕地质量体系的评估与检测,实施科学发展观、合理的经济发展模式、注重保护生态走可持续发展道路。

Taking the dilemma faced by cultivated land resources in China as starting point,this study makes analysis from three aspects of ecology,economy and society,then,the core factors of gross reduction and quality weakening of cultivated land resources were got,namely,unreasonable economic development mode,indifference to the environmental protection,contrary to the laws of nature and the unscientific view of social development.Based on this,measures to promote the sustainable using of cultivated land resources were put forward,namely,to strengthen its management of the population reproduction and relax its contradictions with farmland resources,thus make it adapt to environments;to strengthen the evaluation and detection system of farmland quality;to implement the scientific concept of development,make the reasonable economic development mode,and pay attention to protecting the sustainable development road of ecology.
