北京市水资源人口承载力的预测研究

Prediction Research on Water Resources Carrying Capacity for Population in Beijing City

21世纪初期北京市人口迅速增长,水资源匮乏问题日益严重。针对北京市城市总体规划目标,结合人口发展与水资源利用的研究成果,对2020年北京市人口发展与水资源供需状况进行了预测和分析。随着产业结构不断调整、污水处理率和再生水利用率不断提高、南水北调中线供水的实现和雨水的充分利用,北京市水资源供需状况将会得到改善,在2020年可以满足人口增长需求和基本生态用水,今后需要协调好生活用水与生态用水,改善首都生态环境。

The early 21st century,the population of Beijing increases rapidly and water scarcity is becoming increasingly serious in Beijing.For the Beijing urban master planning objectives,combined with population development and utilization of water resources research,this paper made projection and analysis on the population and the status of water supply and demand in Beijing in 2020.As the industrial structure adjustment,sewage treatment rate and the utilization of reclaimed water improved increasingly,the realization of South-North water diversion,the full use of rain water,the water supply and demand situation will be improved and meet the demands of population growth and basic ecological water in 2020.These issues need to coordinate the domestic water and ecological water use and further improve the ecological environment of capital.
