少数民族地区农业产业结构调整的问题及对策研究——以贵州省三都水族自治县为例

Problems and Countermeasures on Adjusting Agricultural Industrial Structure in Ethnic Minority Regions

分析了当前少数民族地区农业产业结构调整中存在的主要问题,提出加快少数民族地区产业结构调整的对策:依托当地资源优势,因地制宜调整农业产业结构;加大对农业的支持力度,加强农业和农村基础设施建设;合理流转土地,实施规模种养;以农民专业合作组织为平台,构建农产品销售网络;加快农业产业化经营步伐,推动农村经济快速发展。

The paper analyzes the problems in adjusting agricultural industrial structure in ethnic minority regions,proposes the measures for speeding up the industrial structure adjustment,such as depending on local resources,adjusting agricultural industrial structure according to local practical conditions,enhancing support for agriculture,strengthening rural and agricultural infrastructure construction,rationally circulating land,implementing scale planting,building agro-products sales network based on the platform of farmers＇ professional cooperative organizations,accelerating agricultural industrialization pace,and promoting the rapid development of rural economy.
