党的建设的科学化体系刍议

My Humble Opinion on the Scientific System of the Party Building

党的建设是一个由若干领域所构成的有机整体。提高党的建设科学化水平,一个基础性的工作就是要梳理党的建设各个子系统,即科学界定党的建设应当包含哪些界限清晰又相互关联的主要的环节、方面和领域,并总体构成一个逻辑体系。目前党建体系包括思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、制度建设和反腐倡廉建设"五位一体"布局,执政能力建设和先进性建设"两条主线"以及党内民主建设一个主题,形成了"5+2+1"的八个方面的党建新格局。在此基础上,要进一步研究上述八个方面的逻辑关系,从而建构党的建设的整体性科学体系。

The Party's construction is one organic whole comprised of several areas.To improve the scientific level of the construction of the Party,a basic work is to create each subsystem the Party's construction,namely a scientific definition of the construction of the Party should include those tache,aspects and fields with clear bounds and connected with each and comprises a logical system.Currently,the system of the Party construction included ideological construction,organizational construction and the attitude construction,system construction and anti-corruption construction as 'five parts' layout,and administrative capability construction and advanced nature construction as 'two lines' and the democratic construction as a theme,thus formed a '5 + 2 + 1' with eight aspects of the new pattern of the Party building.On this basis,we should further study the logical relationship of the above eight aspects,so as to construct the integrate system of the Party building.
