摘要
利用含氢硅油、甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯和丙烯酸酯单体制备有机硅-丙烯酸酯共聚水乳液,通过单因素分析对单体配比、乳化剂用量、有机硅含量等条件优化,并对材料进行渗透性、透气性测试,同时与B72进行性能对比。结果表明,有机硅含量为8%的有机硅-丙烯酸酯共聚水乳液的综合性能最佳。
The conditions of monomer ratio, emulsifier dosage, and silicone content were optimized by single-factor analysis, the permeability of these materials was measured, and their properties were compared with B72. The results show that the 8% copolymerization water emulsion of organic silicone - acrylate of silicon - has the best comprehensive properties.
