摘要
针对舰炮身管在俯仰随动过程中由于转动惯量及负载力矩剧烈变化引起的振动干扰,在Matlab/SimMechancis软件中建立炮管柔性身管模型和伺服传动模型。仿真模拟了舰炮在俯仰运动过程中身管在三维空间中的振动过程,对比分析了基于炮耳轴角位移负反馈和基于炮口角位移负反馈两种控制方法对控制精度的影响。
Aimed at the gun tube vibration and disturbance caused by violently changing moment of inertia and load moment in the course of pitch movement of the naval gun, flexible tube model and servo trans- mission system model of the naval gun were established based on Matlab/SimMeehancis software. The process of tube vibration in 3D space during the pitch moving of naval gun was simulated, and the influence of two kinds of control methods on control accuracy were compared and analyzed based on negative feedback signal generated from trunnion angular displacement and negative feedback signal generated from muzzle angular displacement.
