自行火炮综合测试仪的设计与实现

摘要 针对自行火炮系统单体多、技术复杂、单一故障诊断方法通用性和可靠性差等问题,研制了一种能检测自行火炮性能和故障的综合测试仪。介绍了综合测试仪的软件总体结构和故障诊断专家系统及信号处理装置两部分的功能。故障诊断专家系统软件完成人机交互、检测流程控制、检测结果的分析处理和输出显示及故障诊断等,信号处理装置完成检测信号采集、信号调理和数据通信等。实装试验表明,该综合测试仪使用方便,判定故障快速有效,从而提高了某型自行火炮的维修保障效率。 Aimed at the problems resulted from more monomer and complex technical principle of self-pro- pelled gun, poorcommonalityof sole fault diagnosismethod and unreliability, a kind of testing equipment was developed to carry out the data test in real time, experience and principle knowledge diagnosis. The whole software structure of integrated testing system was introduced. The system was divided into fault diagnosis expert system and signal processing device, fault diagnosis expert system was to complete the human-computer interaction, testing process control, test result analysis processing, output and fault di- agnosis. Signal processing device includes test signal acquisition, signal conditioning, data acquisition, data communication and so on. Experiments showed that the operation of the testing system is convenience, and its fault diagnosis is efficient and rapid, it can improve the maintenance efficiency of a certain type of self-propelled gun.
