中药女贞子中环烯醚萜总苷提取纯化的工艺研究

Study on the extraction technology of iridoid glucosides from Fructus Ligustri Lucidi

目的:优化女贞子中环烯醚萜总苷的提取工艺。方法:经正交试验方法考察比较,采用乙醇冷浸提取、大孔吸附树脂分离纯化女贞子中环烯醚萜总苷。结果:提取物中环烯醚萜总苷的含量可达66.67%。结论:用该优化的提取工艺可从女贞子中得到具有较高含量的环烯醚萜总苷提取物,为工业化生产和女贞子资源的综合利用提供了科学依据。

Objective： To optimize the extraction technology of iridoid glucosides from Fructus Ligustri Lucidi. Methods： The total iridoid glucosides were extracted with ethanol by cold-macerating method and purified by maeroreticular resin after orthogonal test. Results： The content of iridoid glucosides in extraction was 66.67 %. Conclusion： High content of iridoid glucosides can be obtained by this optimized extraction technology, which will be contributed to the industrialized production and multiple use of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi.
