高温变性豆粕发酵菌株的选育 被引量:1

Screening of Aspergillus oryzae for highly denatured defatted soy flakes fermentation

摘要 以米曲霉CICC40186为出发菌株,经紫外诱变处理后,获得对高温变性豆粕分解能力强的突变菌株8421和8422。与出发菌株相比,两突变株所产酸性、中性和碱性三种蛋白酶分别提高了73.2%、91.2%,81.1%、83.7%,37.6%、32.9%;三氯乙酸(TCA)可溶性蛋白含量分别提高了约13.0%和13.2%。经6次传代,遗传性状稳定。 The Aspergillus oryzae CICC40186 was mutagenized by the ultraviolet radiation.Based on the activity of three proteases and the content of Trichloroacetic acid(TCA) soluble protein,Aspergillus oryzae 8421 and 8422 were screened.Compared with the original strains,the acid protease,neutral protease,and alkaline protease of the mutant strains were increased by 73.2% and 91.2%;81.1% and 83.7%;37.6% and 32.9% respectively.The content of the TCA soluble protein was increased by 13.0% and 13.2% respectively.The heredity was stable after 6 generation.
