摘要
用配FPD和ECD的Agilent6890N型气相色谱仪,测定生菜中三种杀虫剂的残留量与峰面积之间呈线性关系,3种农药在3种蔬菜中的平均添加回收率范围在87.47%~99.16%之间,变异系数范围在1.13%~3.78%之间,最低检测浓度小于0.001mg/kg;毒死蜱、氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯在生菜中消解规律不同,半衰期分别为1.388、3.791、3.556d;生菜中这三种杀虫剂残留量与其施药剂量呈正相关,根据防治效果及食用安全性综合考虑,它们分别在生菜中的安全间隔期为5、5、8d。
Using Agilent 6890N GC with FPD and ECD to detect the residue pesticides in the vegetables.The minimal determination concentration scope of this method was less than 0.001mg/kg;the average recoveries scope was from 87.47% to 99.16%;the average RSD scope was from 1.13% to 3.78%.According to its double dose,the half-life of chlorpyrifos cypermethrin and fenvalerate were about 1.388,3.791 and 3.556 days in Lactuca sativa;each of the three pesticides had the trend that the residue increased with the increasing of concentration.Based on the edible safety of vegetables and the need to prevent the plant diseases and pests,the safety interval of them was 5,5 and 8 days in Lactuca sativa.
