摘要
在收集整理有关数据资料和开展实地调研的基础上,分析了我国柑桔地理标志产品注册登记和保护现状及存在的问题,并针对存在的问题提出了相关建议,以期为今后柑桔地理标志产品保护的发展提供参考。
The current situation and existing problem on the registration and protection of citrus geographical indications in China were analyzed in detailed,on the basis of collecting relevant data and carrying out field survey.Based on the above,some suggestions were proposed for the future development of citrus geographical indication protection in China.
