摘要
"金花"菌是茯砖茶中的优势菌群,通过对"金花"菌的菌种鉴定、形态学特征、生长条件及其功能性等方面进行阐述,综述了茯砖茶中"金花"菌的研究现状。
＂Jinhua＂ fungi are the dominant fungi of Fuzhuan tea.In this paper,the identification,morphology,living conditions and function of ＂Jinhua＂ fungi in Fuzhuan tea were introduced.The study of present situation of ＂Jinhua＂ fungi was also summarized.
