随着食用菌产业的发展,食用菌菌渣的开发利用受到广泛关注。从食用菌菌渣的成分和综合利用方面综述了食用菌菌渣利用的研究进展,指出了菌渣利用研究中存在的问题和应用前景。

With the development of edible fungi industry, the exploitation and utilization of edible fungi residue had received more and more attention. In this paper, the research progress on utilization of edible fungi residue was summarized from the components of edible fungi residue into the various aspects of comprehensive utilization. The existing problems of its utilization in the research and the application prospects were also pointed out.
