介绍了山东省滕州市建设生态宜居森林城市的实践经验。坚持高点定位，科学统筹谋划，全力打造“三大生态链条”；坚持生态优先，加大投入力度，着力实施“四绿”工程；发挥资源优势，科学规划实施，积极抓好“五林”建设；发挥龙头作用，加快产业发展，实施兴林富民工程；健全管理机制，搞好配套服务，改善城乡自然生态环境；倡导生态文明，培育科研载体，加大生态文化教育力度。

The paper analysizes the experience of ecological livable forest city in Tengzhou, Shandong province.
