我国矿产资源开发对生态环境的影响与防治对策

Influence of Mineral Resource Exploitation on Ecological Environment and Prevention Countermeasures

矿产资源开发为我国提供大量的矿产品,为国民经济发展提供重要支柱的同时,对生态环境的影响也日益严峻,导致生态环境恶化的趋势没有得到根本抑制。从土地、水体、大气、固体废渣、地质灾害等5方面论述了矿产资源开发对生态环境影响的严重性,分析认为企业自身的问题与法制不完善是矿产资源开发中对生态环境影响的主要因素,并从加强经济调控手段治理生态环境问题、增加生态环保投入、建立生态补偿机制等8方面提出了相关对策及治理措施。

Mineral resources provide amount of minerals and important support for Chinese national economy development, but the in fluence on ecological environment is increasingly serious and the tendency of ecological deterioration is not prevented fundamentally. This paper discussed influence of mineral exploitation on ecological environment from land, water, air, waste residue and geological disasters. It believed that self problem of enterprises and unsound legal system were main factors of influencing ecological environment in mineral exploitation. 8 coutermeasures were put forward including treating ecological environment by strengthening economic adjust- ment and control method, adding ecological environment protection input and setting up ecological compensation mechanism, etc.
