摘要
立足承德科技研发中心大厦工程项目的施工实践,总结PCM内模[1]现浇混凝土空心楼板的施工工艺。重点介绍工程上采用的抗浮梳兼代马凳、内模排放优化及芯管保护,混凝土浇注部位及顺序调整等创新点。
Based on the construction practice of Chengde Science and Technology Development Center building project, summing up cast-in-place concrete hollow floor construction technology of PCM Internal template, this paper focuses on the innovation of introduction of the project using anti- floating comb instead of horse stool, internal emission optimization and core pipe protection, concrete pouring position and sequence adjustment.
