摘要
如何帮助经济困难学生顺利完成学业、增强其生存和发展能力,是高等教育发展道路上面临的一道难题。提出以经济资助为保障、以素质与能力资助为目标的"双线资助"模式,并借鉴国外"资助包"模式和问卷调查等方法对资助效果进行评价和反馈。
It is a serious problem in higher education how to help students in financial difficulties to complete their studies and strengthen their capabilities of self-sustainment and self-development. In this essay, the writer puts forward a double-line subsidization mode, with the guarantee of financial aid and the goal of personal quality and ability aid. It also brings in approaches such as the foreign pattern of subsidization pack and questionnaire surveys etc. to evaluate and feedback effects of student subsidization.
