摘要
首次以三羟乙基异氰脲酸酯(THEIC)为起始剂开展了环氧氯丙烷(ECH)与四氢呋喃(THF)的聚合研究,考察了催化剂种类、共聚温度及投料比等因素对ECH-THF共聚可控性的影响,确定了该体系下ECH-THF可控聚合的优化条件为:以BF3.THF为催化剂,nECH/nTHEIC≤30/1,nECH/nTHF≥2/1,共聚温度为-2~0℃。共聚物的数均相对分子质量(Mn)、羟值测试结果与主链结构表征均表明在该优化条件下共聚较为可控,产品总收率>85.0%,官能度(f)>2.90,Mn与相应理论值均较为接近。
The controllable polymerization of hydroxy-terminated ECH-THF copolymers was studied using tri- hydroxyethyl isocyanuricate (THEIC) as initiator. The kind of catalyst, copolymerization temperature and ratio of materials on the copolymerization were investigated. The optimization copolymerization conditions were as follow: BF3·THF as catalyst, nECH/nTHEIC≤30/1, nECH/nTHF ≥2/1 and the copolymerization temperature - 2 ~ 0 ℃. The Mo, hydroxyl value test result and structure characterization of main chain showed that the copolymerization was controllable in this optimization copolymerization conditions. The total yield of copolymers was above 85.0%, fwas above 2.90 and Mn was closed to theoretical value.
