不同聚醚二元醇软段对光固化水性聚氨酯乳液性能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Polyether Polyol Segment on the Properties of UV-Curable Waterborne Polyurethane Emulsions

摘要 以不同聚醚二元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯2、,2-双羟甲基丙酸、甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯为主要原料,通过丙酮法合成光固化水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液,讨论了不同聚醚软段对光固化WPU乳液性能的影响。结果表明,由聚四氢呋喃醚二元醇PTMG1000和PTMG2000制备的光固化WPU乳液具有较小的粒径和粘度,其交联后的膜具有较高储能模量、拉伸强度和邵A硬度;而由PEG400、PPG2000制备的光固化WPU交联膜断裂伸长率较高。 UV-curable waterborne polyurethane (WPU) emulsions were prepared mainly from isophorone diiso- cyanate ( IPDI), polyetherol, 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl) propionic acid ( DMPA), hydroxyethyl methacrylate ( HE- MA) by acetone method. The effect of polyether polyol segment on the properties of UV-curable WPU emulsions was discussed. The results showed that the PTMG1000 and PTMG2000 based WPU emulsions had relatively small particle sizes and low viscosities comparing with the PEG400,PPG2000 based WPU emulsions. The PTMG1000 and PTMG2000 based WPU films had high storage modulus and tensile strength, while the PEG400 and PPG2000 based WPU films had high breaking elongation.
