摘要
通过低压发泡浇注机制备了高铁用聚氨酯弹性垫板,考察了三官能度混合聚醚与两官能度混合聚醚不同质量比对聚氨酯弹性垫板老化前后拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、动静刚度比、压缩永久变形、工作电阻以及耐油性膨胀比的影响。结果表明,随着两官能度混合聚醚质量的增加,聚氨酯弹性垫板老化前后拉伸强度逐渐降低,断裂伸长率、动静刚度比、压缩永久变形和耐油性体积膨胀率逐渐增加,工作电阻先降低而后升高;当三官能度混合聚醚与两官能度混合聚醚的质量比为20/80时,弹性垫板综合性能最优,满足铁科院现行的技术要求。
WJ-8 type polyurethane resilient tie pad using in high speed railway was prepared by low pressure casting machine, and the impact of difficult mass ratio of three functionality degree and two functionality degree mixed polyether on WJ-8 type polyurethane resilient tie pad's before and after the aging of tensile strength, elonga- tion at break, ratio of dynamic and static stiffness, compression set, working resistance and ratio of oil resistance volume expansion were discussed. The results showed that, with the increasing of two functionality degree mixed polyether, the pad's tensile strength decreased, the pad's before and after the aging of tensile strength, elongation at break, ratio of dynamic and static stiffness, compression set and ratio of oil resistance volume expansion increased, and the pad's working resistance decreased first and then increased. When the mass ration of three functionality de- gree mixed polyether and two functionality degree mixed polyether was 20/80, the combination property of the pad was the best. It could meet the current requirements of China Academy of Railway Sciences.
