摘要
绩效技术是近几年在西方发达国家管理界发展很快的一种新兴应用科学。作为教育技术学领域不断发展起来的一个重要研究领域,它对教学设计产生了重大的影响。网络课程设计作为教学设计的一个方面,也应借鉴绩效技术的相关理念与方法对其分析、设计与实施整个过程的各个影响要素进行再思考,以期对网络课程绩效提高有所帮助。
Currently,Human Performance Technology has developed quickly in western developed countries.As one of important research field in education technology,it has produced a significant impact on instructional design.Online courses should also be analyzed and designed according to the Performance Technology so as to improve its performance.
