摘要
为提高仔猪抵抗胃肠道菌群失衡的能力,采用分离选育的方法,从仔猪胃部分离出70株乳酸杆菌、肠道分离出345株乳酸杆菌。对分离出的菌株进行耐酸、耐胆盐、耐高铜、耐胃蛋白酶选育,并进行大肠杆菌抑菌性试验。综合各项分离选育指标,最终分离选育出I-69和I-152菌株,作为优良饲料添加剂研发的开发菌株。
SSeventy lactic acid bacteria strains were isolated from the piglet stomach. Three hundred and forty-five lactic acid bacteria strains were isolated from the piglets intestinal in this research. The breeding of acid,bile salt,high copper and pepsin resistant, and anti-E.coli properties were carried out to the isolated strains. We separated 1-69 and 1-15 as a good development of feed additives researching strain considering various separate breeding index.
