摘要
采用结构合理的水气同轴喷嘴可以解决气体保护内部水射流的问题,能有效提高水射流能力.通过数值模拟的方法对比3种典型的气喷嘴对水射流的影响,找出各喷嘴组合的主要缺点,经改进调整后得到优化的气喷嘴结构.通过模拟试验和现场试喷验证,优化的喷嘴结构不但能增强水射流能力,而且对气喷嘴寿命的提高也有较好的效果.
Adopting structurally rational air-water coaxial nozzle, the problem of air-protected water-jet in the nozzle can be dealt with and the ejection capacity enhanced effectively. The method of numerical simu- lation was used to compare the influence of these three typical air-nozzles on the water-jet. The feasible air- nozzle structures were obtained by analyzing the main flaws of the three air-nozzles and improving them. It was verified by the proceed of simulation test and on-site test that the feasible air-nozzle could not only enhance the ejection capacity but also prolong the nozzle service life.
