摘要
在自主研发的预应力CFRP板锚具的基础上,分别使用粘贴和无粘贴张拉CFRP板的加固方式对6根混凝土梁进行试验,研究施加不同大小的预应力和不同的跨度对加固梁的抗弯性能的影响,对加固梁的极限承载能力、截面应变、CFRP应变和跨中挠度等进行研究.试验结果表明:使用预应力CFRP板加固能明显提高混凝土梁的抗弯性能,提高CFRP板的强度利用率;通过锚具可使CFRP板得到可靠的锚固,防止剥离破坏,减小混凝土梁裂缝,同时改善混凝土梁的延性.
Based on the independently developed prestressed CFRP sheet anchor, the experiment on six reinforced concrete beams with tensile CFRP plate in bonding and non-bonding condition was carried out. The influence of prestress and span on flexural behavior of strengthened beam was investigated and the ul- timate bearing capacity, sectional strain, CFRP strain and mid-span deflection were also investigated. The test result showed that the bending performance of reinforced concrete beams could be improved with prestressed CFRP plate and the utilization of the strength of CFRP plate was also improved. By using the an ehor, the CFRP plate could be reliably anchored, the peeling off was avoided, the cracks in the reinforced concrete beam were reduced, and the ductility of concrete beams was improved.
