摘要
精馏-渗透气化(PV)集成过程在共沸物、近沸物等液相混和物的分离方面有着巨大的潜力,与化工生产中的传统分离方法相比,集成过程可以节能减耗,并且可以避免夹带剂的使用。列举了一些精馏-PV集成过程的工业应用和进展,分析了该集成过程技术上和经济上的可行性。最后,提出了精馏-PV集成过程的研究开发方向,为该过程的进一步发展提供参考。
Hybrid-distillation-pervaporation processes have been considered as a good alternative in the separation of homogeneous azeotropic mixtures and close-boiling point mixtures.Compared with the conventional techniques in use in the chemical industry,they can reduce the energy consumption and avoid the use of entrainers.In this paper the applications and developments of the combine process were showed.In addition,the technical and economical feasibility of the combined process was evaluated.Finally,the future work direction has been indicated which can be served as a reference for the further development of this technology.
