文化共生视域下民族教育发展走向

The Development of Ethnic Education in the Perspective of Culture Symbiosis Theory

文化共生是指不同族群不同文化的异质共存、相互交流、兼容并包的文化形态。文化共生视域下民族教育的发展应强调各民族教育要素之间的异质共存,注重教育过程中各种关系的和谐与相融,其具体体现在从一元到多元的民族教育价值取向,促进人类群体交流合作的民族教育文化使命,传统与现代相融共生的民族教育文化选择,基于公民教育的民族认同与国家认同的民族教育体系构建,主流化与在地化整合的课程资源开发,学校教育与学校外教育联动的制度变革。

Culture symbiosis is the cultural type which different cultures and ethnic groups coexist. The development of ethnic education in the perspective of culture symbiosis theory should emphasize on the coexistence of all kinds of elements in ethnic education, and focus on the harmony of all kinds of relationship in the process of education. We should pay much attention to the following aspects particularly ： the value orientation of ethnic education should turn to diversify. It＇s a culture mission of ethnic education to promote the communication and cooperation for human groups. Ethnic education with tradition and modem can be viable. Ethnic education system should be constructed on the basis of ethnic identification and nationality identification. The development of course resource should integrate mainstreaming culture with native culture. The innovation of institutions should consider the relationship between school education and after-school education.
