团体“三连冠”的原因探析及教学改革建议

Analysis on the Reasons of Obtaining Group "Three-peat" in Nation Contest for Cooking Students in Jiangsu and Advice on Teaching Reform

摘要 江苏职业院校烹饪专业学生在全国职业技能大赛中连续三年获第一名,其原因主要在于江苏省建立了职业院校技能大赛年赛制度,且精心设计比赛方案,每年都对技能大赛方案及内容进行调整更新,同时抓好集训工作,制定严密的集训计划,并坚持激励制度。建议进一步加强技能大赛的反馈体系建设,及时将技能大赛的信息和要求反馈到教育教学过程中,促进烹饪教学内容和教学方法改革。 The cooking specialty students of Jiangsu vocational college obtain group "three-peat" in national vocational skills contest in three years.The main reasons are that Jiangsu province establishes the system of competing vocational skills every year among vocational colleges,elaborately design competition scheme,adjusts and updates the scheme and the contents of contest yearly,meanwhile,Jiangsu province does well in concentrated training,formulates rigorous training plan,and sticks to the incentive system.The advice on teaching reform is to further enhance the feedback system construction of skills contest and make the information and needs of skills contest feed back to the process of education and teaching,so as to promote the reform of teaching contents and methods in cooking specialty.
