高职院校兼职教师管理存在的问题及对策

Problems of Management of Part-time Teachers of Higher Vocational Schools and the Countermeasures

高职院校兼职教师管理存在来源复杂、结构不合理,聘用不规范、人员不稳定,教学能力不强、教学效果不理想以及体制外、边缘化等突出问题。解决问题的关键是改变对兼职教师管理的临时观念、短期观念、应付观念,真正将其视为专业教学团队中不可替代的部分,规范遴选聘用程序,增加行业企业专家、能工巧匠的比例与数量,加大投入和支持力度,积极创造条件吸引其参与课程体系建设和课程开发,教学管理部门也应进一步完善管理与服务机制,建设管理与服务平台。

There exist some problems in the management of part-time teachers in higher vocational schools at present,such as the complex sources,unreasonable structure,unregulated appointment and weak teaching abilities,etc..The key for solving these problems is to take part-time teachers as the irreplaceable part of specialty teaching group practically,regulate their selection and appointment procedure,increase the proportion and quantity of industrial experts and skilled craftsman,increase investment and support degree,attract them to participate in curriculum system construction and curriculum development,etc.
