摘要
教师专业化发展是中职学校适应社会经济转型升级的必然要求,也是中职学校改革发展的基本要求。正确把握中职教师专业化发展的科学内涵,加强中职教师专业化发展理论指导和宏观指导,积极营造有利于教师专业化发展环境,大力构建和完善促进教师专业化发展的科学机制,最终以"岗位实践、终身学习、课题研究、产教结合"为途径推动中职教师专业化发展。
The professional development of secondary vocational school teachers is the necessary requirement of adapting to economic transformation and upgrading as well as basic requirement of reform and development of secondary vocational schools.Secondary vocational schools should grasp the scientific connotation of professional development of teachers,strengthen theoretic guidance and macro-guidance on their professional development,actively build conducive environment and optimize scientific mechanism for professional development of teachers,so as to boost the professional development of secondary vocational school teachers by the approaches of "post practice,lifelong learning,scientific research and working-learning combination".
