加拿大社区学院发展对我国高职教育发展的借鉴与启示

The Enlightenments of Development of Community College in Canada to the Development of Higher Vocational Education in China

加拿大社区学院办学特色可以概括为四个方面:一是紧贴社区经济,校企深度融合;二是办学自主独立,形式多元灵活;三是能力本位培养,岗位特色鲜明;四是多方筹资办学,国际化趋势明显。借鉴其成功经验,我国应在观念、体制、投入和实践四个方面加强力度,推动高等职业教育健康发展。

The school-running characteristics of community college in Canada can be concluded in four aspects： closely cling to community economy and deep integration of school and enterprise;independent and flexible school-running model;ability-based talent cultivation and marked post characteristics;raising fund by various sides and obvious international trend.Referring its successful experiences,China should strengthen reform degree in the aspects of view,mechanism,investment and practice to boost the healthy development of higher vocational education.
