摘要
动力总成悬置系统对汽车的NVH有重要影响.考虑动力总成悬置力-位移的非线性关系,建立了动力总成悬置系统的动力学模型,提出了基于Newmark数值积分算法的动力总成振动位移的计算方法.以一轿车动力总成悬置系统为例,针对汽车制动和转向两种行驶工况,对动力总成的质心位移和各悬置的位移进行了计算.实际应用表明,Newmark数值积分法是动力总成悬置系统位移计算的有效方法之一.
The NVH(noise,vibration and harshness)is greatly influenced by the powertrain mounting system.The dynamic model of the engine mounting system was constructed taking into consideration the nonlinear relation of powertrain mounting stiffness between force and displacement,and the calculation of displacement for powertrain based on Newmark numerical integration was presented.The displacement of gravity center of powertrain and mountings were calculated for the driving modes of bracking and turning.Applications show that Newmark numerical integration is an effective method for calculating the displacement of the powertrain mounting system.
