论教师情绪弹性的养成 被引量:3

摘要 目前,我国教师产生的职业倦怠等问题,已经严重危害其身心健康。情绪弹性作为培养教师情感素质的重要部分,能够有效缓解教师长期累积的消极情绪,避免情绪冲动等行为问题。如何养成情绪弹性,自然成为教育工作者和管理者关注的焦点。
