摘要
随着生态问题和污染问题的日趋严重,社会中的各种组织开始探讨如何去解决这些问题,构建绿色生态油田逐渐成为油田企业的发展目标。要实现建设绿色生态油田,必须进行组织再设计。在组织设计的一般理论基础上,我们提出绿色生态油田组织设计应遵循的原则:追求经济和生态双重效益的原则、分工明晰原则、层幅适当原则、人职结合原则、部门化原则等;同时,提出绿色生态油田的组织结构应向扁平化、柔性化、网络化、虚拟化和组织结构边界的模糊化方向发展。
With the ecological and pollution problems becoming more and more serious,divers social organizations began to explore how to solve these problems.Oilfield enterprises began to regard building a green and ecological oil field as their development goals.To achieve their goals,the enterprises must re-design organizational structure.Based on the general theory of organizational design,the following principles must be followed: pursuing the dual benefits of economy and ecology;clear labor division;appropriate span of control and management hierarchy;combination of workers and positions;departmentalization.Meanwhile,this paper put forward that the organization structure of green and ecological oilfields should advance forward the flattening,flexibility,networking,virtualization,and blurring of organization structure boundary.
