现阶段劳务输出大省农村劳动力回流创业趋势及对策

改革开放以来,劳务输出大省不断向沿海发达地区转移,但农民工长期的漂泊生活给家庭生活、留守儿童、当地经济带来许多负面影响。在此背景下,农民工利用外出务工的资本、技术返乡创业正成为流动的新现象。这些企业多选择离家近的小城镇,组织形式多为个体户和合伙企业。农民工回流创业有利于吸引人才改变家乡面貌,推进小城镇发展,解决留守问题。为此,农民工自身要在打工中不断有意识地历练创业资本、培育创业技能。同时,政府要及时因势利导营造创业氛围,优化投资环境,加强创业辅导,从而使得劳务输出大省获得新的发展良机。
