高校科技成果转化现状及促进对策

我国高等院校拥有庞大的科技队伍,汇聚了强大的科技力量,每年创造出大量的创新成果,然而,能在经济社会中实现效益的科技成果与全国高校海量的成果量相比,显得太少。大量的成果在"象牙塔"上落不了地,引起社会的极大关注。本文以江西省高校为例,就科技成果转化的现状以及影响高校科技成果转化的相关因素进行分析,并对高等院校在科技成果转化方面如何取得突破性进展进行了探讨。

There are a great number of scientific and technological personnel in our country＇s colleges and universities where a powerful scientific and technological force has emerged.It yearly creates enormous innovative achievements.However,compared with the huge achievements created by the higher education,the realized achievements in economy and society seem too little.A lot of the achievements stay in the ＂ivory tower＂and can not be put in practical use,which has publicly caught strong attention.This paper takes higher education in Jiangxi Province as an example,and analyzes the current situation of scientific and technological conversion and relevant factors influencing higher education＇s scientific and technological conversion,and explored the possibility of making breakthrough in the conversion of higher education.
