国外促进就业的经验及启示

促进就业是一个世界性的难题。针对这一难题,许多国家根据各自的国情进行了各种各样的大胆尝试,其中形成的一些成功经验对我国解决就业难问题具有启示和借鉴意义。本文通过对国外经验的分析,认为我国应该鼓励企业参与职业教育;健全就业法制;注重信息服务;为特殊地区或岗位制定优惠政策,促进就业供给能力的发展。

Employment promotion is a difficult problem throughout the world.In response to the problem,many countries have conducted various bold tries in accordance with their own conditions.Some of successful experiences have the inspiration and references for our country＇s solving employment problems.By analysis on foreign experiences,this paper believes that our country should encourage enterprises to take part in vocational education,improve employment laws and regulations,stress information service,and make preferential policies for special regions and positions to promote the development of employment supply.
