To strengthen and innovate the social management under the new situation is an important strategic task which is determined from the party and the state＇s overall situation,and is a task of enterprise labor union in a new era.Enterprise labor union should grasp the operation law of the labor union work,explore and innovate work,and construct harmonious labor relations,represent and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of worker masses,give full play to the role of enterprise labor union,participate in social management,and promote social fairness and justice.
