固相法血型定型试剂在极端气候条件下使用的可行性评估 被引量:7

摘要 目的评估固相法血型定型试剂在极端条件下使用的可行性。方法模拟我国存在的4种极端气候条件(高温高湿、高温干燥、严寒干燥和低温高湿),选择全血标本120份,分析、比较固相法血型定型试剂在不同温度、湿度条件下测定ABO/RhD血型的准确性和反应时间。结果各组血型鉴定准确性均为100%。在高温条件下(高温干燥和高温高湿组)的反应时间与对照组相比无统计学差异,但低温高湿和严寒干燥2组与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论固相法血型定型试剂有良好准确性,由于其具备常温保存、结果易于判读等优点,可满足突发事件情况下血液应急保障的需求。 Objective To evaluate the accllracy of solid-phase blood grouping kit used in extreme environmemal conditions. Methods Four different climate conditions were simulated : high temperature and high relative humidity ( RH), high temperature and low RH, extreme cold and dry,low temperature and high RH. The normal laboratory condition (22℃ and 54% RH) was used as control group. The ABO and RhD of 120 blood samples were determined using solid-phase blood grouping kit. The accuracy and test time were analyzed and compared between these different environmental conditions and control group. Results The accuracy of blood grouping performed in four extreme environmental conditions were 100%. The test time of two high temperature groups (high temperature and high RH, high temperature and low RH) were not different from tile control group. However, two low temperature groups (extreme cold and dry, low temperature and high RH) had significantly longer test time than control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Solid-phase blood grouping kit has good accuracy,which can ensure the needs of emergency transfusion in emergency circumstances because of its room temperature storage at and easy interpretation of results.
