省级特色工业园区土地集约利用水平及潜力研究——以宁夏灵武羊绒产业园区为例

Level and the Potential of Intensive Land Utilization of Provence's Characteristic Industrial Park——A Case Study of Cashmere Industry Park of Lingwu in Ningxia

在实地调研的基础上,借助园区2009年遥感影像图,对宁夏灵武羊绒产业园区基本情况进行了分析,在此基础上,选择了13个指标从土地利用状况、用地效益、管理绩效3个方面,对园区土地集约利用程度进行了评价,并对园区的集约利用潜力进行了测算.结果显示,园区土地集约度综合分值为89.95,总的潜力为60.45,土地集约利用水平较高,但集约利用潜力低,制约了园区的发展,应尽快申请扩区升级.

Based on the investigation and the remote sensing imagery of cashmere industry park of Lingwu in ningxia, the article analysis its basic situation. By choosing 13 index followed land use, land use efficiency, management achievement evaluate its land intensive use, calculate its land intensive potential. The result shows that the land intensive utilization degree of the park is 89.95, the potential is 60.45 hm2 , the level of the land intensive utility is relatively high, the land intensive potential is low which confines its development.
