Recycling of condensed water in large evaporators

蒸发器尤其是大型蒸发器(如大型多效降膜式蒸发器)在生产过程中会产生大量的冷凝水,充分利用好这些冷凝水及其中的余热可起到节能降耗的作用。以RNJM03-8000型三效降膜式蒸发器在奶粉生产中的应用为例,阐述了冷凝水的回收利用过程。

A great quantity of water will be condensed in large evaporators, e.g. large multi-effect falling-film ones, during processing. Making full use of the condensed water and the waste heat therein is helpful to energy-conservation and consumption-reduction. With Model RNJM03-8000 Triple-effect Falling-film Evaporator used in milk powder production as the example, the process of recycling condensed water was described.
