摘要
目的:研究菊科苦荬菜植物苦碟子(Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.)Hance)的化学成分。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离,根据光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从苦碟子中分离得到7个已知成分,分别鉴定为lir-ioresinol-A(1)、木犀草素(2)、芹菜素(3)、原儿茶酸乙酯(4)、香草醛(5)、对羟基苯甲酸(6)、香草酸(7)。结论:化合物4和7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To determine the chemical constituents of Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.) Hance.Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.Results: Seven compounds were isolated from the chloroform and n-butanol extracts of I.sonchifolia,and determined as lirioresinol-A(1),luteolin(2),apigenin(3),protocatechuic acid ethyl ester(4),vanillin(5),4'-hydroxy cinnamic acid(6) and vanillic acid(7),respectively.Conclusion: Compounds 4 and 7 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
