亚胺培南/西司他丁的神经系统不良反应评价分析

Analysis of adverse drug reactions in nervous system caused by imipenem/cilastatin

目的:进一步了解亚胺培南/西司他丁所致神经系统不良反应情况并分析相关因素,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:在CHKD期刊全文数据库检索1994年-2010年有关亚胺培南/西司他丁所致神经系统不良反应文献,并进行统计分析。结果:共收集到符合标准的神经系统不良反应55例,男性37例,女性18例,男女之比为2∶1;年龄最小的为4岁,最大的为94岁,平均年龄61.8岁;原患疾病以肺部感染为最多;有30例做病原学检查2,8例培养阳性;单独用药46例,联合用药9例;47.3%的病例不良反应发生于多次用药后3,6.4%为重复用药1,6.4%发生于初次用药后;神经系统不良反应的临床表现多样。结论:亚胺培南/西司他丁可致神经系统毒性反应,临床使用应综合考虑,提高用药安全性。

Objective： To further comprehend the adverse reactions in nervous system caused by imipenem/cilastin and the impact factors.Methods： Based on the literature in Chinese Journal Full-text Database between 1994 and 2010,the reports of adverse reactions in nervous system caused by imipenem/cilastin were collected and statistically analyzed.Results： Totally 55 cases of nervous system ADRs caused by imipenem/cilastatin were collected,including 37 men and 18 women,the male/female ratio was 2∶1.The youngest patient was 4-years-old,the oldest was 94-years-old,and the average age was 61.8.Most primary diseases were respiratory infections;the bacterial culture was performed in 30 patients with positive results in 28 patients.Forty-six patients were treated with single drug therapy,and 9 patients with combined therapy.The ADRs occurred after multiple medication（47.3%）,repeated doses（36.4%） or single dose（16.4%）.Conclusion： Imipenem/cilastin can cause nervous system ADRs,so in its clinical use clinicians should consider more to ensure the safety.
