摘要
详述了预应力混凝土管桩(方桩)在生产制造过程中所发生的桩头制造质量问题,在桩基基础工程中所发生的桩头破损的施工质量问题,并对引起质量问题的原因进行分析,对如何纠正预防及控制要点进行了探讨。
The paper details manufacturing quality problems of pile head that occur during the manufacturing process of the prestressed concrete pipe piles（piles）,and the construction quality problems of pile-head breakage in pile foundation engineering.It analyzes the causes of quality problems caused by them,and discusses the prevention and control points.
