蒸压粉煤灰砖的生产工艺研究

实心粘土砖自国家实行限制使用后出现了许多替代产品,粉煤灰砖是较为突出的产品之一。一方面,粉煤灰砖发展前景好,另一方面,粉煤灰排放量急剧增长但利用率低。针对这一问题提出大力发展蒸压粉煤灰砖的生产研究及应用、打造"绿色建材"的观点,分析了蒸压粉煤灰砖的原材料选择要点及生产工艺,并从性能、成本、应用及社会效益等方面对其发展前景进行了分析。

After China implemented a number of restrictions on the use of solid clay bricks,there appeared many alternative products.The fly ash brick is outstanding among them.On one hand,the fly ash brick has good application prospects;on the other hand,the fly ash emissions grow rapidly but its utilization is very low.In order to solve this problem,it proposed to develop the production and application of autoclaved fly ash bricks and put forward the ＂green building＂ perspective.The analysis of the raw material selection of the autoclaved fly ash brick and manufacturing process elements,and its development in the performance,cost,application and social benefits were made.
