摘要
从人才引进、人才培养、人才稳定三个方面对国际工程承包企业的海外人才队伍建设进行了阐述,提出海外人才队伍建设需要公司总部职能部门、二级公司及海外机构的共同参与。
The article elaborates on building up an overseas team of qualified personnel in three aspects of its recruitment,training and maintenance for an international contracting corporation;underlines an integral involvement from the functional departments of the headquarter,the subsidiary companies and the overseas branches.
