炼钢企业生产单位绩效考核初探

摘要 绩效考核就是将职工收入与其贡献相联系,对职工劳动贡献以其完成指标情况进行评定,与职工收入直接挂钩,体现按劳分配原则,充分调动职工劳动积极性,提高职工收入水平和企业价值。目前,炼钢企业分工合作复杂,人数众多,不同程度地存在吃"大锅饭"现象,职工劳动成果得不到真实评价,挫伤了职工劳动积极性和创造性。绩效考核就是针对此类问题而提出的。 Effect evaluation means to connect workers' income and their contribution and to evalve the contribution according to the fulfillment of work indexes.Workers' income will be directly connected to their results.Workers' labor enthusiasm will be fully aroused and their income and enterprise value be raised.At present,steel plants have lots of empoyees and they have different work.To some extent,there exists "messing together" phenomenon.Workers' labor results are not fairly treated and their labor enthusiasm and creatinvity are inhibited.Effect evaluation is done for these problems.
