松脂真空蒸馏法生产松香新工艺研究

Study on New Technology of Vacuum Distillation Producing Rosin from Pine Resin

将松脂热熔澄清后、压滤除去悬浮杂质,计量进入带搅拌的反应釜,进行真空蒸馏。由温度、真空度调控蒸馏速度及终点,蒸汽部分经列管冷凝器冷凝,分段收取优、中、重油。蒸馏结束后无需出料直接进行松香深加工。工艺较常规蒸汽法工序大为简化。物料损失小,能耗低,排污少,设备通用性强,造价低廉。生产周期短。操作安全简便,综合优势明显。可为后续的深加工奠定基础。

Melt and clarify the pine resin, pressure filtration to remove suspended impurities, measure it and then put it into the reaction kettle with stirring, vacuum distillation. Control the speed and end of distillation by controling temperature and vacuum degree, the steam condensate through the condenser tube, segment received excellent oil, petroleum and heavy oil. After distillation, directly get the material without rosin deep processing. Compared with the conventional method of steam, the technology is obvious optimized for the greatly simplified process, low energy and material consumption, less emission, versatil equipment, low cost and short production cycle. The technology is safe and easy operation with comprehensive advantages. It can lay the foundation for subsequent processing.
